Job Description:
We are looking to hire an Executive
Assistant to assist the executive team of our Burlington, Massachusetts
facility. The ideal candidate will be a team player who enjoys
a fast paced environment which is both challenging and rewarding.
This position will provide general and administrative support,
organize meetings, manage calendars, and make travel arrangements
(domestic & international) for executives. You will also
be answering, screening, and routing phone calls. The ideal
candidate will be technically proficient, able to work independently,
be flexible, adaptable, self-motivated, self sufficient and
a team player. You must also be assertive at times and take
the initiative.
Preferred Skills or Qualifications:
· AS/BS degree or the equivalent
· Executive Assistant experience in a high-tech environment
plus a minimum of 3 years experience supporting senior level
executives
· Requires extensive software skills including: PowerPoint,
Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
· Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal
skills
· Proven time management skills, strong attention to
detail, strong verbal and written communication skills and
excellent organizational skills required.
· Experience with travel itinerary planning is important
in order to maximize the productivity and availability of
the CEO.
· A professional, positive & confident attitude
and demeanor are vital.
· Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
with discretion
· Demonstrated accuracy, thoroughness and follow-through
· Ability to establish strong working relationships
and contribute to building a positive team spirit

Project
Engineer - Angioplasty Catheters
Job Description:
We are looking to hire a Project Engineer for our Burlington,
Massachusetts facility. The ideal candidate will be a team
player who enjoys a fast paced environment which is both challenging
and rewarding. The candidate will ideally have extensive experience
developing complex catheters and have innovative and timely
solution approaches to problem solving.
Preferred Skills or Qualifications:
· BS/MS degree from an accredited Mechanical or Plastics
Engineering program
· 7 to 10 years of related experience with a minimum
of 5 years of experience working with angioplasty catheters.
· Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills,
as well as a good background in the product development process.
· Must have a proven track record of the successful
commercialization of new products from concept to production.
· Fiber optic or optical system integration experience
is desirable but not required.
· Experience with 3D CAD required, proficiency in SolidWorks
preferred
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Work closely with other engineers, technicians, contract
manufacturers, assemblers, or other support personnel to assist
in debugging and optimizing the system performance.
· Work with minimal supervision and strong initiative
and execute project work and objectives with technical and
creative proficiency.
· Perform design, development and process related engineering
duties in the development of new medical products and devices.
· Perform routine analysis of test results in relation
to design specifications and test objectives
· Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance
with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies
and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
· Support manufacture of new and existing products
· Responsible for the purchase or design of equipment
that meets health, safety and environmental standards set
by the company, ISO, and GMP standards and practices.
· Responsible for performing design reviews and pre-validation
assessments to ensure the safe and environmentally sound start-up
of new processes.
